Food Services Host:

Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction with food service utilizing customer service skills.

Food Services Assistant

Assists with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service at all times.

Food Services Prep Chef 2:

Assists in supervision and instruction of subordinate Cooks and Service Workers, as necessary. Prepares or assists in preparation of complete meals – preparing and cooking soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, baked goods, etc.

Food Services Prep Chef 1:

Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.

Housekeeping Assistant:

The assistant housekeeper cleans and primarily assists the housekeeping manager and inspects rooms and meeting spaces for cleanliness.

Guest Service Front Desk Assistant

Greets arriving guests, answers phones, issues keys, and helps run front office. Agents answer guest requests for assistance and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service, staff and management to fulfill guest requirements.

Canopy Tour Phone Sales and Gift Shop Assistant:

Fields calls from potential customers via telephone and email and promotes their company’s products and services. Also assists in running front office and gift shop sales.

Front Desk Assistant/Camp First Aid Provider:

Assumes a position of leadership in an emergency, helps to assess medical needs and provides first aid. When necessary, arranges for further medical help or other emergency services.  Assist in running front desk, assisting clients, answering phones as well as administrative projects.

On-Call Ropes Course Facilitator:

Facilitates guests for high and low ropes course facilities and equipment in the ropes course area.

Naturalist

Generates interest in the environment and natural world, teaching ecological or scientific features of outdoor surroundings by organizing nature walks, team-building, facilitating ropes course and teaching outdoor skills. Naturalist Job Description

Canopy Tour Zip-line Sweep Guide

Charged with the consistent delivery of world-class customer service to guests while Zip-Lining 
between platforms in trees at speeds of up to 40mph and heights of up to 250ft off the ground. Primary
responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) accomplishing Recreational, Educational, Spiritual, and Social
objectives while ensuring guest safety.

Program Specialist

Facilitate guests through programmed activities such as team building, games, initiatives, high and low ropes elements such as giant swings, zip lines and climbing elements.
