Do what you want!
- Come relax and be renewed. We have many options available for you to take advantage of, but you can pick what you want to do. You build your own experience.
This retreat allows you to experience renewal and restoration in your own way, under the tranquil canopy of towering redwoods. Whether you seek solitude or connection, the choice is yours—interact with others as much or as little as you’d like.
Our experienced staff has crafted this retreat to help you “pause” the noise of daily life through peaceful activities like hiking, forest bathing, journaling, and more. Optional activities focused on reflection, inspiration, and play offer the chance to escape the everyday grind and reconnect with what brings you the most peace and happiness.
This unique retreat concept is perfect for those seeking hope, healing, peace, and rest away from the pressures of jobs, cities, commutes, and concerns. There’s no set schedule—just the freedom to find your own rhythm in the serenity of the redwoods.

Close-toed shoes are important for hiking and other physical activities. In order to fully enjoy our beautiful redwood forest, you’ll want to be prepared to be outdoors, so check the weather forecast and pack accordingly. The temperature can fluctuate a great deal from morning to afternoon to evening, so layers are advisable! Water bottles are recommended to stay hydrated on hikes around our 116-acre property.
If there’s a good book you’ve been meaning to get around to? You should bring that too.
