Open to men 12 years and older, this retreat will be designed to equip you with the tools of Christlike leadership and discipleship.

Speaker this year is Wayne Spriggs, chair of the Alliance Redwoods Board of Trustees. Wayne is the former District Superintendent of the Central Pacific District (C&MA). He holds a doctorate in spiritual leadership and teaches part-time online for Crown College. Wayne’s current class invites students to create a ministry for equipping leaders who will equip others. Additionally, Wayne is the Executive Director of the IDAK Group, an assessment and consulting company. At heart, Wayne is a minister committed to equipping leaders to equip leaders. He will provide a strong biblical foundation with resources and tools designed to enable every single man present to be a leader and an equipper of leaders.
